I don't have any mechanical tilting mechanism at all, nor will I build any assistive device to move the BBW sex doll. In reality, I don't really move it around; I just shift it slightly now and then to prevent compression, keep it from being left haphazardly, and make cleaning easier.

Thanks to their flexibility and soft inner liners, "big-butt" sex dolls are excellent for sexual intercourse. I highly recommend choosing a doll with a removable inner liner.
